I am a trained, ICF certified coach who can help you refocus your energy on your personal goals, even within a professional setting. As your coach, my role is to grow your awareness of the thoughts, feelings, and actions that guide, support, and interfere with living life as you wish. We’ll explore the values and beliefs you carry within you and envision the possibilities that will come through living them out with greater purpose and courage. I’m an ideator and design thinker and welcome the opportunity to engage my four decades of experience in schools and non-profit organizations to support your current or next project.
